What’s on Cloud, what’s on-prem?

For most organizations, cloud is going to be an important component of the IT environment, but not the only one. Half of computing workloads are likely to stay on dedicated, on-premise servers. The challenge is for organizations to efficiently create, enhance and optimize applications that best utilize a combination of traditional IT, public cloud, and private cloud.
